現在的App已經逐漸更趨向以人的生活為核心，
人際關係互動也成為新一代資訊生活的重點項目
手機App的開發又有別於電腦使用的應用軟體，要求的是輕便好用，同時還需要有濃厚的在地化與人際關係分享色彩，一點點小創意就可以讓應用無限，這正是手機App的精神所在
本課程短期希望藉由數位新科技的瞭解與學習應用，作為基礎知識
透過實用的APP教學，讓民眾瞭解這些數位科技如何應用於日常生活中。
